Privacy
Your information,
and what we do with it.
In effect from 28 August 2026
The short version
Blindspot Driving Academy is run by Allan Magallanes in London, Ontario. This notice explains what happens to your information when you use this website or send an enquiry through it.
We ask for your details for one reason: so we can get back to you about lessons. We do not sell them, we do not add you to a marketing list, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.
What we ask for
When you send the booking form we collect your name, phone number and email address — all three are required, because they are how we reach you — along with the licence you currently hold, the package you are interested in, the days that suit you, and anything you write in the message box.
The form also carries a hidden field that catches spam bots. It has nothing to do with you and is discarded.
We do not take payment on this website, and we never ask for card or banking details through it.
What we do with it
We use what you send to reply to you, answer your questions and arrange lessons. That is the whole purpose.
If you enrol in the Beginner Driver Education program, we also report your course completion to the Ontario Ministry of Transportation so your certificate can be issued and reach your driving record. That is part of being an MTO-accredited BDE provider.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else except the service providers below.
The services that handle it for us
The booking form is delivered by Formspree. What you submit passes through and is stored on their servers in the United States, and they email it to us.
Our email address is a Gmail address, so enquiries arrive in a mailbox run by Google.
This website is hosted by Vercel. As with any web host, their servers record standard request information such as your IP address and browser when a page loads.
The page loads its two typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser information when the page loads. No cookie is set by it.
Formspree, Vercel and Google are United States companies, so information they handle may be stored or processed outside Canada and can be subject to the laws of that country.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script anywhere on it, and nothing is stored in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and, if you become a student, for as long as we need it to run and record your training. If you would rather we deleted it sooner, ask and we will.
Photographs of students
The photographs of students on this site are published only with permission. If you are in one and would like it taken down, tell us and we will remove it. You do not have to give a reason.
If you are under 18
If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian send the enquiry, or agree to it first.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will deal with it.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
